Default New Browser
Theres a new browser floating around called webkit. I think you can get it here http://www.wake3.com/ I dinn't see a download link for Windows Pocket Pc.

You won't - currently, the iPhone and the Nokia browsers are based on it.

Yup, it's still just an announcement - that is, it's still not available.
