Yes, as long as you use a valid RUU update utility for the selected operating system, I see no reason for not being able to update.

I read a thread for using MTTY and those extra WinCe drivers having issues in W7 64 Bit, but if i'm correct there might even be new signed drivers available for 64 bit machines.
