I-mate SPL...what type please?

Hey guys joining the smartphone side of xda now and got a new I-mate SPL. I was wondering what kind of smartphone it was as it resembles none of the other HTC designs. Could it be a I-mate exclusive? if so what hacks and such are available? answers to any of these questions would be great, however the type would be greatly appreciated?

also if anyone knows how to/where get a wm6 rom for the SPL(which i found out is called a "puma"???) or the voicecommand cab for smartphones it would be appreciated.
