Default GPS with iPAQ 6515

Hi everybody!
Does anybody of you guys have an experience using GPS navigation with iPAQ 6515? I tried to install TomTom 6 on my iPAQ but it lead strange behavior: no voices and maps were found; after turning off TomTom all sounds were gone on the iPAQ. It makes me suspicious about the version of TomTom I used. So my question if there's any special version of TomTom to be installed on iPAQ 6515. Is there perhaps any alternative GPS navigation software that could be used instead?
I thank you for advices and suggestions in advance!

I have been using TomTom Navigator 6 with 6515 for over a year now. Yes, the screen freezes up every now and then (at which point you need to minimize and resize the app) but it has worked like a charm otherwise.

Default To hakunamatata

Hi!
I've been trying both TomTom 6 and 5 (which appeared to be more stable) bring to work but I couldn't configure internal GPS receiver - it takes forever to connect to it. Was it the same with you? Does stability of Navigation depend on ROM update (I use v.1.20)?
Thank you in advance!

I also have this problem. I contect to the shop, they told me its internal hardware problem. So I need to repair it. It will cot 500 Swiss Frc. I shocked. The device cost only Swis Frc 640. So I feel so upset. And I serached on web about this problem. And I found the solution.

The problem comes with two files
m0:/device/windows/

BtCoreIf.dll

BtSdkCE30.dll

Use total commander (if u want to use in your device) or use activesync (use in your computer)to rename them to

BtCoreIf.dll.old

BtSdkCE30.dll.old

And then, do a soft reset.

Its ok for both sound and camera.
I saved 500 swissFrc.

Cheers

Hi!
Thank you for suggestion! How do I rename these files? I installed Commander on my iPAQ but renaming business doesn't work - these files are system files! I also tried to use explorer via Active Sync, but it didn't work either. Is there any trick to do it?
I thank you in advance!
