Default what is the diffrence between the 3g icon and the U icon
i know u is umts but when its not there dose that mean im not getting umts? and what one is better?

UMTS is basicley HSDPA. The tytn2 supports up to 3.6 Mbits/sec. 3g only to 1.8 Mbits/sec max. So UMTS (HSDPA) is faster and thus better. By the way the device also supports HSUPA......

which rom are you using that you get a U? I get the 3g or the H but not the U.
