Lazy_Tool is for flashing all 6.1 and 6.5 prophet roms but NOT FOR VISTA operated computers ........

P.S. You can just replace the "??.nbf" FROM the UNZIPPED folder (next to the *.cmd....)

@ Lazy_Tool + Cloudyfa's 19213 clean rom , simple, fast, error free, a 2 in 1 upgrade package ( DON'T FORGET TO HARDSPL YOUR DEVICE before flashing ^_^)

Additional RECOVERY steps for 3 colors screen boot-up after flashing... a. Force Bootloader Mode MANUALLY (see below Point 4 for How To ), @b. Then flash NVID - AKU 2.* WM5 rom for recovering your Prophet ( P.S. the boot up screen will be changed to Qtek...)....^_^,

1: 3 coloured screen??????????? "DON'T PANIC",

2: 99.9999% CAN BE RECOVERED BY
DOWNGRADE TO WM5 WITH MANUALLY entering BOOT_LOADER MODE + flashing the NVID

3: IF USB CONNECTION ERRORS, TRY REMOVE BATTERY FOR 1 MINUTE and try again.

Steps to HARDspl your prophet 5. connect your prophet to computer (activesync done and Hardreset before so will be highly recommended !! ) 5.1. In the Upgrade_HardSPL folder that you had downloaded AND UNZIPPED, then look for the xxx.bat file and double click it (updated 20091114), all activities will only take 2-3 minutes and nothing will be seen in the Prophet screen. (P.S. if connection Error, NO PANIC, soft reset OR remove battery for half a minute and try again.) 6. after the flash completed, it will restart automatically. 7. done!! in your prophet, nothing will be changed VISIBLY EXCEPT the digits IN the reboot screen !!!!! and while booting now YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SEE information like: Prophet Hard SPL isn't yet completed until the SPL shows 2.G3.4PDA (FOR G3 PROPHET) or 2.G4.4PDA (FOR G4 PROPHET)

(P.S. REPORTED !!! some device are not able to complete the CHANGE VIA Hardspl,
(like mine, NEVER TO 2.Gx.4PDA) if so, just flash the NVID then flash any 6.1 rom with LazyTool)

Tradition UPGRADE (OLD) method (for ROM with OS.nb ).... , 1. Connect to PC, activesync now OK, Flash with PVtemp or NVID for prophet for step 1 WHEN FINISH, 2. TOUCH NOTHING, HANDS-UP !!! leave it alone, just don't touch your prophet...... ( WM5 wwe flashing now finished) 3. ACTIVE SYNC WILL POPS UP soon, JUST DON'T TOUCH IT (disregard it) , 4. THEN RUN UPGRADE.BAT from PC to flash to WM6 (should be included in your old ROM package with OS.nb ) 5. follow the on screen steps and YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU HAD EXPECTED THEN~~~~~ PLEASE REPLY IF YOU THINK HELPFUL ABOUT THIS MESSAGE !! ^_^

if error persists while upgrading with this tool,

Please ask yourself...

I. did I softreset yet? did I make the Prophet recovery? (remove battery and sim card),
II. will the USB port of my PC currently too heavy loaded?

III. did I restart my PC yet?
IV. any connection related software other than activesync is running?

V. did I try the rear panel USB ports?
V.I is my PC currently too busy?

VI. did I try other USB cable yet?
VII. did I try the force bootloader manually before upgrade?

VIII. Did I hardreset my prophet after new flash(if everything had done but no help~~~~ ) ^_^

VIII. Is the battery problems?

HardSPL could sometimes not 100% perfect, as my experience. My Prophet stuck at Tri-color screen once after flashing a WM6 Rom, and I had to flash the official WWE AKU 2.2 Rom with IPL/SPL to set it to work.
SoftSPL method is more reliable, IMO.

Please look here for reference..

1. if your device had been HardSPL successfully, the you can......

a. copy the 3 files ( in jumpspl.zip) to the root directory of the prophet
( JUST NEXT TO THE " \WINDOWS" FOLDER),

b. soft reset prophet,

c. run the SPL.lnk in the prophet,

d. then continue step 2 ( only 5 minutes..... finish.... so cool~~~~ )

100% success ~~~~

In fact, HardSPL isn't necessary to flash New WM6 Rom.
Just use SoftSPL, 100% OK.

Not about the necessity but.....

Hard SPL takes 3.5 minutes to flash completely,

but the old method......... PVtemp + Upgrade = ~30minutes....

just about the efficiency and the convenience... ^_^

Ok, let's put it in another way:
If our Prophet has IPL/SPL 2.××, just do SoftSPL before flash new WM6 Rom.
No need to flash HardSPL.

( better hard-reset for once more ) I am using a G3 too. Same experience before... ^_^ no more prolems!!!!!

The attached jumspl file is broken "can you upload the file again.
