I'm still waiting for my Polaris to arrive but I do have the Touch Dual (Niki) so I'm sure the accessories are about the same. To answer your questions:

1) I don't think you have a choice of which color you get. Some get the black, others the silver. It just depends where you get yours from, I suppose.

2) According to others, we'll get the screen protector, TomTom software, headphones, plus the usual that comes with cell phones.

3) As far as who will deliver to you, I think it'd be best if you contact the sources for yourself.

4) I can also bet that if you order one outside a carrier, it will be unlocked. And even if it isn't, it can be unlocked, so this really shouldn't be an issue. Besides, when you go to order, they'll let you know.

5) I pre-ordered mine from OnTheGoSolutions for 749 a week ago. It wasn't until their units came in that they raised the price an extra 50! I can't tell you why the difference in price but I can tell you that you should do a little more researching.

I've had the phone in my hands last week, but I'm waiting for the Dutch version to come. So I can answer some questions:
If you buy only a phone, you'll get an unlocked device. This is in most phone companies.
The color is dark grey, and the light can make it shine like a silver one, but in another light it's a black phone. It doesn't shine too much, so it won't bother you.
The accessories are (from what I've heard): a headphone, a mobile-case, screen protector and the usual stuff. If you search on the net, you can find more stuff for the phone. You can download one TomTom map for free.
The price differences are huge. I can buy it for €600,- but you can also buy it for €500,- if you search good. I can only advice you to search carefully, to get the cheapest. The price doesn't affect the phone.

Asia will be getting the black version. The rest would be silver I presume.

I would loved to have the silver version though color is just a personal preference. You know all pocket PC's are black or at least blackish and so the silver looks so unique.
