you'll need to follow this upgrade guide
if you have done the hard spl you only need to run the ROMUpdateUtility_NV_G3 or ROMUpdateUtility_NV_G4 depending on you device
having problems with getting 3 color screen with G3 devises reed this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=353547

I recomand instaling some taskmanager like pbar or battery status
because the x and ok button only minimize the apps (by pressing and holding the Comm manager button you can close all runnng apps)

Hi gullum. Is the NLD package the dutch version? And when i launch the flasher it indicates no rom version what i'm going to flash. Is it safe? Thanks in advance.

yes NLD is dutch and there will not be shown any rom version on flash

Touch XB is the English version of this almost the same apps not 100% shure if all apps from XB are in these roms.
But I can ofcause upload an eng version with the new flashing metod
