Optimal 8gb MicroSD formatting parameters for performance?

Just received my 8gb Sandisk MicroSD card (Class 4).

What File System and Cluster Size do I use best for optimal performance?

Or are there any other options I should consider?

Use FAT32 (like you have a choice -- FAT16 won't go over 2GB). Cluster size depends on the size of your files. You may want to use an application such as Pocket Mechanic to get performance data to help in your optimization.
