Kaiser’s WorldCard Mobile cutting fields during the OCR.

I have some problem with the WorldCard Mobile on Kaiser. It is consistently cutting some longer fields, mostly e-mails and addresses.
For example, if on the card you have an e-mail
john.smith@morgan-sels.com
the WorldCard will make from it john.smith@mor...
The end of the field it is exchanging by dots ….
I tried the same card several times and made sure to produce almost perfect picture for the recognition. It is also can be seen clearly that the start of the field and the end of it have the same image quality. Besides, the program cutting it always almost on the same place.
It looks like that the cutting usually happens with long fields, like long names with titles, addresses or long e-mails.
May be I am missing something. Is it the normal behavior for this software on Kaiser?
