upgraded to wm6, now ONLY ie will connect to data network

i just up graded to wm6 using helmi's verizon wm6 program and now i can not get my data to connect to an other progams but ie. I have drinkipedia sirius and the today screen weather app. it will not connect to any of these and I would like to know if there is a setting on a verizon phone that I need to have turned on or off to fix the problem. Thank you in advance.

I'm having the same issue. I can connect to the data network, but can't make or receive voice calls.
