I have to buy this device for my Cousin.

I live in The Netherlands, and he lives in Iran.
Where is the best place to buy this device?
Can we get it right away?? Or do we have to wait till it releases or something.

they seem to have 170 or so units in stock. i had signed up to be informed when they received it and got an email a couple of hours ago. but I already got mine from Greece.
