this comes from a unreleased/leaked rom. tools like these should not be on the internet and available to the public. these are htc property and htc test tools.

well he has a point..it might brick some of the phones out there
or maybe it might be just gold, bug free and ready to cook
the uncertainty is the point here..

that said..i am taking the plunge and installing it right now!
