Mine both have broken wristbands and nowhere to find new ones, and no replacement look nice enough. I wish I'd gotten the classic with the steel wristband. I'm also not certain about the oled panel, which has gone weak. It may be due to the battery, but it could also be the already discussed problem of dying Oleds.
The only way to find out is by replacing the battery.
Where do you get replacement batteries for yours?

thank you for the compliment, but I haven't changed a battery on any of my watches. although I my first MBW-100 did suffer the dim display effect after 2 years. sadly there is no remedy for that problem in this thread someone is trying to change the displays without any luck it's not a battery related problem, they just die out after a couple of years, but I have managed to get the watches for very goog prices on e-bay (germany) look here some sellers post that they do not send abroad exept for germany but if you contact them most of them will inform you for the price to send abroad. note that the mbw watch series is no longer available from sonyericsson so what you buy now may be the last that you will see.
