dcd's titan rom:
CHANGED: Power Management, dialer, commmanager, calculator, relaxed security, volume tweak, touch-like skins, mms included
REMOVED: SQLCEMobile, Windows Live, Entertainment, Adobe Reader, HTC Zip, HTC Homeplug

KNOWN ISSUES:
some bt devices still sound crappy until htc releases better drivers.
free memory not as good as 1.6.x. reg tweaks not present, still testing wm6.1.
gmail defaults to POP3, read here for workaround.
