Unhappy Activesync starts by itself. Why?

Hi.

New with the Niki and in the forum. Activesync is crazy (or me? ), starts automatically after some minutes. Anybody knows why?.

Thanks, great site to learn.

I've never had it suddenly appear on screen but I've often found it's in the Task Manager thingy program list when I know I haven't used it.

I've only had my Touch Dual since just after Christmas, so I am not sure if I am thinking about that or my previous phone, or even my seperate PDA, but I think it's happened with all of them to be honest.

And I don't use Active Sync that often because I can never find a handy cable (even though I've probably got at least 7 with all the previous phones, digital cameras, media players etc used by the family). I need a blue tooth dongle

I had this problem also, but i figured out that it was a problem with a program.
But i can't remember which one it was.

Maybe it was PhoneWeaver?

But it was only a option i set in a program i use.
After deactivation everything was fine again.

ActiveSync in Taskmanager is normal.
It runs the whole time, waiting for connection, thats no error or Touc Dual problem.
