I was just wondering can this be done for the himalaya too?

the translation is a bit weird but i think its for the wizard. Sure do hope we can have this on the hima too :P

technikally it possible - BA very similar to hima.
But we lost 3 rommakers -
Buzz(hi has new toy),
TofClock (rest in peace),
Helmi_c (becose of Shekar)

Look like our only hope is Helmi_c.

I donn`t think Shekar is able to port 6.1.
But I will be glad to be suprised if He do it.

it was a chinese page with a windows mobile 6.1 rom for the wizard. it would look awesome on the hima.

i hope a rom for hima would be released

Nobody is lost because of any body else on this forum. In case he manages to release 6.1 for us shall you leave this forum? If you have doubts on c_shekhar then why are you waiting to feel surprised. Cook your own ROM. Who stops you? Instead of discouraging him by writing such type of comments I would have felt happy if you would have contributed even ten percent of c_shekhar.
I know since WM5 aku 2.3 onwards he has been continuously helping us keep our hima alive. I am personally very grateful to him..And so should be every body here...3 cheers for c_shekhar

Make a rom with a lot of garbage via Helmy_c kitchen - easley
Let he surprise me by porting 6.1 to hima - but I doubt.
Maybe you do not know situation - it is not your fault that you think I`m not appreciate the works of other people.
and again - we at now have not any nice rommaker fo hima

i think c_shekhar, helmi ather n sonblack etc are all more than enuff for hima rom porting. No homebrewed roms out there are perfect. and furthermore one can only say such things if one is capable of doing it himself esp when noone charges you a cent for the time they spend. the day you post your rom here you can speak such stuff... although people still refrain from doing so. And btw you can check out the wm6.1 rom comin out by c_shekhar in these forums!

I`m fully gretful for Helmi and Utkar for making wm6 possible on Hima.
But for now we have a lot of fakes and promises - this is not serious.

Either you do some development yourself or you should leave this task to other.
But constantly nagging and insulting other members is just not the way to encourage people.
