Default Can't reprogram Bell 6800 after GPS update.

Hi guys...

I upgraded a guys phone here at work and can't reprogram the number on it..

was alot easier on TELUS.

updated radio and added new firmware...

dialed ##441005# and get fast busy and nothing in the backgroud ! please advise!

##778# and edit would not except the MSL I got from getspc..

DId you enter the decimal ESN or the HEX ESN to get your MSL. If you entered your DEcimal one then it would give you the wrong number.

I did my Bell 6800, and it's working good.

It seems like you are doing everything right. I just rechecked the paper I had written down the reprogram number on, and it is definetely ##441005#.

Not an insult or anything, but are you sure you are hitting the # key and not the * key? I know that I did that the first time out of force of habit.

The MSL you are using should simply be the user's cell phone number, including area code. Same for the MDIN.
