Default microSDHC 8Go Sandisk: 50€!!!

Hello all!

I am using the SanDisk 8GB microSDHC with my O2 xda Orbit 2 and it's working fine

It's perfect, my friend! Been using it for a week, it's very sweet and fast. Works like a charm. Love the USB reader

Go for it! ...unless 12GB are coming soon?

Yeah, i'll buy an 8GB too, but i found it a bit cheaper!

That's a nice price indeed!

All WM6 devices with microSD slots should support cards with up to 32GB capacity.
HTC Wizard -> HTC Prophet -> HTC Polaris -> HTC HD2 -> HTC Desire

When I read the reports a few weeks ago it wasn't 100% certain that the 12GB Sandisk would ever be released. It was shown at the CES exhibition in Las Vegas last month but some reports said that it was just an early unit to demonstrate and that the actual unit that would hit the streets in June/July will be 16GB. This does seem to make more sense and maybe they're keeping the 12GB in reserve in case they get production issues on the 16GB or some competitor gets to market earlier than expected and they need a quick response.

That's not quite correct... devices must support microSDHC protocol in order to support that high capacity cards.

What is your transfer rate with the 8 Go µ sd card and usb cable to pc ?
