Installation:

1. install Hard-SPL & Cheetah Unlocker
2. flash radio
3. flash OS

I've unlocked the spl already.
Do I have to unlock the radio before I flash it?

My treo is unbranded.

No need to unlock the radio. After you finish hard SPL, you can flash Radio right away.
Many source said you should format your SD to FAT16, but let's chaimd confirm this.

Now I'm flashing the os.
My SD is FAT32 and working fine.
