HTC P3400 Stuck on Boot Mode

Hi All

I received HTC P3400 which is stuck on boot mode showing red/green/blue colours. Can somebody here please post the solution.

Sachin did u tried to soft-reset the device ?

Also post details of what you were doing when it got stuck.

I have tried Soft Reset & Hard Reset both,but didnt worked.

I have received the phone from customer who says that the hadset hung on its own.

1. Kill ActiveSync process - wcescom.exe on your computer.
2. Attach USB-cable to device.
3. Run programm from attach, select "\\.\WCEUSBSH001" from port's list and click Ok.
4. Type (type himself, not copy/paste) in window:
password BsaD5SeoA(press Enter)
ruurun 0(press Enter)
ResetDevice(press Enter)

just flash the original rom

my gene also got stuck after upgradation(pls help me)

There is only one fix.... that is hard reset the device without even powering it on .....and please search the forum completely... i have also posted a video on YOUTUBE about this ...!
