TCPMP will work by default on the 3.08 ROM. This process is not necessary.

I believe it works on that build as well. I think it's just the 3.03 build that has a problem....but I could be mistaken. I'm using a custom 3.08 build and it's working fine now.

Thank you for clarifying...I wasn't sure if it worked by default or not.

Default Light at the end of the TCPMP tunnel!!!!!

Guys try using either of these roms as both allow fully working flash playing from internet explorer built in. I have not had any need to install the video package cab floating about

Alexs Rom v5 Alex.v5.WM61.HTC.302.Home.ROM.beta2

Vodaphone rom RUU_Kaiser_VF_UK_3.08.161.0_radio_sign_25.74.40.02 _1.64.08.21

Both are 6.1

(neither has any major problems and both are fast. Both do not have the restart problem either!), both have "0" problems loading video from the internal Internet explorer as I use YouTube and Liveleak daily and vids work via windows media player or TCMP automatically.

I installed TCPMP Version 0.81 and it picks up video to be played from the built in internet explorer straight away. The "play Video" click prompt pops up and on selection plays straight into TCPMP!

Never had a problem. Just make sure you select TCPMP file types to be played prior to using it.

Hope some of this helps

Below is the version of TCPMP that works with the above roms, and I've included also the "flash plug-ins" as some may need them?
.

Install both files to main memory. Select the relevant options in TCPMP such as flash files etc and it should work ok,
Attached Files
File Type: zip TCPMP version 0.81.zip (1.34 MB, 940 views)
File Type: cab TCPMPflvplugin-v0.4.2.cab (584.9 KB, 474 views)
