Question Problem with HW6925 stuck in Bootloader :(

I need help! urgently! I need to fix this phone (hw6925) and I do not know how... can anyone help me on this? It is stuck at bootloader, I tried replacing the rom but nothing... I can have access to another phone of the exact model but I dont know how to get the rom out of that... I tried getting the bin and transferring it through mtty but still I cannot get it to work... any help?

Is the bootloader stuck in Serial or USB? If Serial, take out battery, let the screen fade away until you barely see the HP logo, put battery back in along with cover, dock the PDA with power, it should change back to USB. Download the rom from HP website, 6945 should work, and flash.

Here is how to get it out of HP Invent Logo, G.39 .......

soft reset, do not connect yet

press ctrl, alt delete, if on xp, find process wcescomm........., end that process if it is running. plug in data cable for our $600.00 Paperweight, It should now say "USB" instead of "SERIAL" on the hw6925........, now run mtty,

change the port to that w one, you know the one one, if not its the one that does not say comm, or just click on usb to the right, if there is one, next when it opens up the new screen, it should say something like "USB>"

type, " set 14 0 "

now soft reset hw6925,

Should go back to Booting up normally, now for people like me with the "NO GSM AT Startup, we are F"C"ED

someone i change the model number on my hw6925 to a 6915, still no gsm, any of you programmers want to help us out, please do, I will be the first to donate
