Roms will not go on my Tilt

so I am not sure what I am doing wrong here, for some reason all the 6.1 rom's that I DLed that are supposed to work on the Tilt do not install, it goes into the 3 color USB mode, then the white screen with 0%, but then it sits and then fails, i hit the reset button, and the phone is back, but no rom..

ideas, help, walk-thu's would really help!
