Default about Wm6 XIP and SYS Porting
only replace one file-coredll.dll ?

It depends on what you are porting

WM6.1 must change all XIP Module address, search around the forum for plenty of info, there's a tool that does it automatically somewhere in this forum... I forget where
S4G-XE-BEATS-1.5GHZ!
