Default New look HTC Home WM6.1 for WM6 users!

Not sure if someone's already posted this here but if anybody wishes to have the new look HTC home as in the Niki Project ROM v1.0 and other WM6.1 ROM's without having to flash WM6.1 then install the attached cab!

Enjoy!

N.B. this only changes the appearance of htc home to the new look, it's NOT a new version of HTC home plugin! You can un-install this if you wish to go back to the old look.

When you say you have Niki ROM, do you mean you have tom's excellent Niki Project v1.0 WM6.1? if that's the case you don't need to install this cab however, if on the other hand you have original Orange stock ROM then try disabling the htc home from today item settings and then install this cab, it should work! this cab is only meant for WM6 ROM's not WM6.1

This install fine on the stock T-Mobile ROM (remove it from the Today screen first) but to be honest I prefer the look of the original.
Been away for a while but now back with an HTC Desire.

Hhmmm!!! strange that you have tom's Nike Project v1.0 WM6.1 ROM and yet you're saying the HTC Home plugin doesn't appear like this one?? I know when had tom's ROM installed on my device it had the new look HTC Home.

Have you posted this issue in his ROM thread? maybe you can get some answers there.

Think i've figured it out, are you referring to the clock/email section (normal HTC Home) as I was referring to the Icons/Shortcuts you have below it (near the soft keys links) ...
Thanks

It's nice to see that my HTC Home Plugin skin is being appreciated and spread across the forums.
It's not a new look from WM6.1 though, I made it a while ago (back in my Prophet days)...
It's just a pity that sometimes, someone else's work is shared without the proper credits...
