Default How Can I Manage Raw Files?
I have extracted the rom and there are in RAW format?

How can I put them in easy flashing format or extract them?

Read this excellent guide from my friend on the Kaiser thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=337066 and just use the official base ROM for Polaris here ftp://xda:xda@ftp.xda-developers.com...25.14_Test.exe instead of the Kaiser base and when using the HTC Rom Tool to build a flashable nbh image change the Model ID from KAIS***** to POLA*****

Older WM ROM releases:
Diamond: Version 6.4 HD or Orig TFlo [Lite & Full] (Base 2.03.401.2)
SPANISH v6.4 HD or Original TFlo [Lite&Full] (2.03.421.1)
Polaris: Light WWE ROM Beta1 1.28.405.1 WWE
Full, Light & Lighter Spanish, Português and Dutch
