Default Having Soft reset issue with Official WM 6.1 Rom??

Hi
just flashed my TyTn II with the official HTC WM 6.1 by Updating the HardSPL and am having soft reset issues with it, it des not soft reset until the softreset switch is presed, if it asks for a reset after a software is installed it just shuts off instead of resetting.
Please help
