Default Four color screen after flash
hi, i try to update my rom and the processus stop at 98%...i did the recovry stuff many time, but it stay at 0%....

I also try

but the cruise stop loading at the operator splash screen...and the romupdate with hard-spl v2 still not work...

What numbers do you see, if you step manually to bootloader? (press and hold camera, and press reset)

You did something wrong during your last flash...
You have original spl on your pda. Try to flash the offical rom...

I think that you need to try to install the Hard SPL v2 again. I did it and now I can flash any other ROM without problems.

i did it...it seems like HardSpl can only read but no write...
