headset p3300 help please

i have p3300 when i conect my headset to mini usb ,one of speakers dosnt work (it has weak sound very weak) my head set do work with other p3300.
i downgraded from wm6 to wm5, softreset, hard reset ,but it dosnt work .by the way, the mini usb port is ok i think.
have you seen anything like that?
do you think i have to send it to repair
