anyone know how to change CHT to WWE or vice versa?
please teach me..what i needs and step by step guide..

It's easy to change from CHT to WWE, dump the rom, delete all *0804.mui (CHT or CHS, forgot) files, because the default mui is 0409 (WWE). Then rebuilding it. But the difficult thing is some róms have been locked, or without rgu, or even no dsm so that you can't dump it to build package.
But why don't you build your own rom ? the kitchen tools is out there posted by abusalza, with new sys found in hermes thread, and about OEM you can get OEM from jiggs' Rom. It's not difficult to build your own rom. Very very easy, I think.

is this all i have to delete? or should i replace this with other files?
and i search all the files there's no *0409 files..

try to delete all 0804 mui, then rebuild it. You don't need to replace by 0409 mui, because it's set by default interface for a WWE rom. 0804 mui is to create a CHS interface.
Try it, and report.

Edit: forgot one thing, you will have to work with initflashfiles.dat (in CHS rom it's in Chinese soo you can't use it in WWE rom), it will create your device's structure, like : Folder windows, in Windows there are Startup, start menu... quite difficult, but to make it easy the only thing you need is the new sys (with new build, you can get it from CHS or CHT rom, after delete all 0804.mui, or any languages) and OEM from jigg's Rom.
I hope you could understand what I mean.

please help me..i dont understand it..and this is the first i will modify my ROM..
i already delete all the *0804.mui files..whats next?
and can i emulate this rom first before i put in my unit? what's needed?
