Default Shift's Fan Noise, no air coming from side vent !

Hi everyone, i have just notice something strange, i have heard a lot of people say that they can't hear a noise from Shift, in fact, i can clearly notice the fan spinning. There are three fan vent at the bottom of Shift, i can feel the air rushing out in the middle vent, but interesting thing is there are no air coming out what so ever at the 2 side vent. I have a closer look and it seems like those holes are not even open, so it's block by something inside it. Can you all please have a look at your device and let me know? Do the air noise not bother you? or is there a way to reduce the noise? Thanks

I think the two vent on the side are for incoming air, and the back one is for outgoing. Mine can get quite hot and noisy too, depending on the processor speed and heat.

I also find it fairly noisy - much noisier than my Q1 and my EEEpc.
I left it on my bed playing divx files for half an hour, then realised the fan hole was covered - it had reached 82 degrees at that point.
