Default Default HTC Keyboard with individual Keys

The htc keyboard has 2 versions. One which has the individual keys and the one with the multitap keys. Does anyone know how to make it so that the default keyboard is ALWAYS the one with the individual keys as I am not able to select which one I would like to use.

I know what you're talking about but I am not really sure how to do that. Like when you enter input for a password in IE it pops up but for some reason only password boxes. That is definitely something to look into.

Check this post for a link to a cab file that - i believe - will disable the 20 and 12 key keyboards and activate the 40 key (password) version. the downside is that you have to give up the predictive text feature.

Some used IMSelector but didn't work for my Vogue. I used SipChange and it did the trick..... maintaining my selected default keyboard.
