Problems with the lcd

hi...
when i use my cruise for a long period of time and with the batery meter i see the temperature goes about 30C the screen distorts and goes black(the backlight on) and nor with a soft reset the screen comes back. So when i put the cruise in the front of an conditioner air for some minutes the screen come back to normal.
sometimes the temperature goes to 30~38 and the cruise is normal and i can use normally. I'm using the bepes rom .58 and with the oficial rom WWE the problem is the same.

the phone work normally but i cannot see anything, i can receive call and parently the phone is working.

possibly i received an defective unit??

anyone can help me??
