No Phone Radio

My friend has an apache. Somehow it has no Phone radio. When the boot screen comes up it says Radio: NONE. How can I install JUST the radio. Ive tried reflashing to no avail! Thanks in advance!

So what exactly did you do?
i just bought a phone on Ebay and guess what? it had no Radio..
so now i went to try and update the 1.43 radio that i gto from the above mentioned link.. but it gives me an error on the device and wont install...

would i just need to flash a Radio to it?
please help, ive searched and found this post somwhat useful

hey, this will help. One guy posted a link to download it via rapidshare. But unless you pay, you will have to wait, can only download one thing at a time, and it is slow and it sucks.
