Touch Dual Comming to the US

I've recently read the touch dual will be released in the US through Best Buy as an unlocked phone. Now i was wondering if anyone has any info on this, will it have a different chipset in it or do you guys think we can rip the radio and rom from that model and put it onto the european model giving us the 850/1900 for hsdpa instead of 2100, as of right now i can't even get Edge speeds i am stuck on GPRS for some reason.

also touch dual just released in korea is Neon, not Nike... i am not sure what it means that they have a different name ( just wm 6.1? or also other fixes? ) anyways, i have the korean one. i don't know how to copy the rom but if you need one... i have the pda and i can try.
