I Have Done It Thanks To All Who Have Made Comments In The Forum One Question. I Still Get The Orange Splash Screen On Rebooting My Kaiser. Any Sugestions Welcome. Apart From That What A Difrence In This Handset Thanks To Every One.

Did you bother reading the Wiki? It's all there. Go to Wiki and look for Flashing Custom Splash Screens.

i did read it i should have said sorry
i cant get the nb image converter to run i keep getting an error component error comdil32.ocx. any suggestions m8 many thanks
