Change Language of Vista

To change the Vista language i recommend this software Vistalizator http://froggie.sk/ .
For me it works well English to French without problem.

Voice recongnizer will not work until you add a proper registry entry :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Speech\Recog nizers\Tokens\MS-xxxx-80-DESK
for your language.
The author plans to add it after it fixes x64 edition.
