Replacing the keyboard - Help!

OK so ive been trawling through various online guides, on how to dismantle the Kaiser, but all the ones i've seen, focus on replacing the LCD. E.g. http://www.pdacenter.ru/razborka/razbor_htc_kaiser/

Could someone show me a guide for 'just' replacing the keyboard please!

I'm hoping i dont have to 'completely' dismantle the damn thing, to do it >.<

Also, will i need a Torx screwdriver, or just a normal cross-head?
