Does the phone disconnect for some of you guys? I just went to the newest build and it disconnects every now and then. At the top of the screen the signal just dies and comes back instantly.

What does it mean when it blinks red on standby too?

You are correct... So a choice must be made (until the problem is fixed):

No GPU support

or

No Phone calls

I've been trying the 1.5 version by f00bar over the last couple of days and one thing i notice is that the screen looks much more clear than on the 1.1 version on any resolution. No more blurry effects, it almost seems like this 1.5 version is already capable of doing our resolutions with the downscaling. Anybody knows why this is? I think this is a big advantage of 1.5 over version 1.1.

Has the latest changes to the kernel (including gpu), and has a custom system.img and other files.

Thanks!
I'm now using that bundle, and one thing I notice most is that it has 91 MB phone storage, compared to 31 MB I got from the other builds I used. How's that possible? I'm very pleased with that. And when I tried API demo, the gpu graphic test seemed to run smoother. In the triangle test it's got 18-20 ms/f, compared to around 36 ms/f in the other builds I usually used.

But I'm so curious about the storage, can anyone explain why there's 31 and 91 MB phone storage?

Hi All,

I recently put android onto my phone, but some things have broken in my upgrade path:

1) Thumbnails no longer display in gallery, which is a pain when I'm trying to look at photos etc

2) I've noticed from version to version the display has looked a little blurry in certain releases. This latest release (the one that fixes the GPU) is looking a little blurry, but no biggy.

In the latest release I didn't upgrade, I replaced all the relevant files from the zip into the storage card. Does HaReT or android create any other files that I can remove to get a clean install?

Thanks all

Lew
