sound drop when using headphone to play MP3

I use my diamond to play music, but I found that sound drop will happen
every 2 to 4 mins, it only happen when i use headphone (not BT one),
using speaker is OK. I also try to use different player to play, but just the same. I also try to disable touch flo, the problem is still there,
any idea?

I've noticed this too, it drives me nuts!!!!
The Kaiser and Touch Dual also had this stutter/glitch, not sure if there's a fix out there - hope so??!!
