Original Internal Storage Contents

Hi everyone. I'm in a bit of a pickle. I somehow got my "Internal Storage" corrupted and tried a hard reset, but it didn't seem to restore the "Content" folder that I could have sworn was in my "Internal Storage" originally. I specifically remember a "Wallpaper" folder that I no longer have. Does anyone have a list of the original contents, or, better yet - a zip file of the original contents of the Internal Storage??

I'm also looking for the original Wallpaper folder and can't seem to locate it ...
Other bits of content are there (like the default contact pictures) but not the Wallpapers!!!
