Default how to increase ring volume and keep SRS WOW?

Hi,
I have look for a solution through the forum but no one has succeed so I ask for a little help with my ring tone.

Here is the situation:
I have first increased the sound for mp3 player.
Then I installed WOW SRS.
Now I find it hard hearing my ring tone...

Here is what I've tried:
I have tried to change HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Control Panel/Sound Catagories/Ring, initvol from 3 (I have 3 initially programed) to 7, but it doesn't work... It comes back to 3 every time I launch SRS WOW.
I have tried to disable WOW SRS and then it works, but then I no longer have a good sound with the mp3 player...

Do you have any idea ?

Thanks NetrunnerAT,
Actually I want to keep SRS WOW activated on headphones and on build in speaker. So I would be able to keep on listening to music with SRS WOW effects and quality.

In the same time I want the sound of my ring louder. But it seems that SRS decrease the volume of the ring of incoming calls.

JAYmasta, I think that SRS WOW boosts the sound of mp3, and it turns to be very nice. Audio booster is good too but doesn't boosts the sound that well.

Thank you

This only depends on the settings you are using.
