Default Two methods to hard reset Shadow

(1) From a running phone, Start > Accessories > Clear Storage

(2) From a powered-off phone, hold both soft keys and press Power.
Current phones:
Primary: Samsung SGH-T899M (WP8) or Galaxy S4 (Android)
Backup: Galaxy Nexus

Historical: MPX220, Typhoon, Tornado, HW6515, Wizard, TyTN, Juno, Dream, HTC HD2, Nokia N900, Nokia E73, Galaxy S II, Dell Venue Pro

The soft keys are the two keys above the phone answer and phone hang-up buttons. They're called softkeys because they behave different depending on the state of the phone.
