and my question is:

is possible use s2u2 in that phone because the resolution is WQVGA 240x400 pixel.

so software like s2u2, s2p, s2v and other software like tomtom, is compatible or not?

thaks for the great work people in this forum.

NOTE: and is time to increse this forum to other phone thade marks phones (not only htc) more and more.

Remenber , diversity is wallways better for the consumer, for the final user

let`s talk of everything related Samsung Omnia

Since its just been released in Singapore you probably wont see too much talk about it here. Try this site www.ppcsg.com for a lot more info.

I don't like Samsung too much, but the Omnia looks like a great phone - the new Marvell PXA320 processor running up to 800 MHz (stock speed) will be great choice for performance

Default Samsung Omnia

why is everyone going for an inferior phone? the Omnia only has QVGA. Why not just buy the HTC Diamond which is VGA?

Basically, the touch diamond has it myriad of problems at the moment, In terms of hardware and form factor, I'd go for the Samsung. Basically, the widescreen 3.2" screen is a main factor, as well as the nice hardware on it. The diamond has a cool UI, and that's all it has. Plus Touchflo still has issues, 3D drivers not working to their full potential...etc...

HTC needs to start making devices and stop writing software, they are a good ODM, plus oh please, stop being another microsoft and give us buggy software with every new phone launch.

Screen resolution alone does not make a good phone, are you implying that phones like the TyTN II, Touch Cruise, Samsung i780 and Nokia N-series are inferior because they dont have VGA screens? How about the fact that the Diamond has no storage card slot, or has a 3.2MP camera does that make it inferior to the Omnia? VGA is desireable but not necessary so just because a phone does not have it does not make it inferior.

Default Versus

Did everyone see my post on Diamond vs Omnia? Here's a indepth review of both phones head-to-head and with lots of pictures.

I thought I might be leaning towards the Touch Pro (Diamond out of the question) but now, I think I'm contemplating the Omnia. The camera review on the same site is great too (Vs. SE X1, Pro, Diamond).

just got mine yesterday.

totally cool. fast and responsive.

my touch cruise sitting at home while im going out with my new samsung.

1 thing i don't like is why the settings for the camera's contrast, saturation and sharpness
doesn't stay the way i set it?
Everytime i go back into camera, i have to set it again before taking a pic? weird.
