The Elite Team Proudly Introduce the Elite 1.0 ROM!

This ROM is based on the 1.35 Europe Version from HTC
WM6.1 CE OS 5.2.19588 (Build 19588.1.1.4)

Now, you MUST have HardSPL INSTALLED before you can install this ROM.

(and no i dont know if it works with the dollypro version, as i dont want a $700 brick)

Now back to the issue at hand, i have cleaned out the HTC ROM and removed / changed the following

AutoUpdate (as this will NEVER WORK)
Replaced .Net CF 2.0 with 3.5 (Massive Speed Improvement)
Removed the WelcomeCenter (no one uses it)
Removed the sample music
Tweaked the RAM allocation
Enabled HSUPA (disabled by default)
Enabled the usual SecurityProfiles (RAPI etc)
Removed that (gay) HTC startup jingle

Specs

Free RAM on first boot is 60MB
Free Storage is about 90MB
(and this is only the start of things to come!!)
A speed improvement by at least 30% (i reckon anyway)

i left the gplycache at Auto and the same with the FATFS as i've been testing this for weeks and modifying those values seems to cause some stability issues with the diamiond, so i worked on the RAM allocation and running processes, but this is a work in progress and this is only the first release of MANY!!!

Thanks for fast reply, working on a rom which uses the gsensor.dll and interfacing this with manila using LUA scripts and XML to create a motion based UI. this project would ultimately become an API or SDK for others. Thanks
