problems with a new rom

I have flashed with RUU_Diamond_HTC_RUS_1.37.411.2_Radio_Signed_Diamon d_52.26a.25.09_1.00.25.03_Ship.exe my diamond. And now, it's reboots every time after writing TOUCH DIAMON and version numbers (radio, rom,...)
I have tried to hard reset device - but the same.
And I cann't flash it with a new rom because it doesn't sync to my pc.
Is it possible to flash it with a good rom? Or my diamond is broken at all?
Help please! it so pity to lost this device...

Yes. Problem is solved, I'v just entered a boot mode (power but+vol. down + reset) and flashed 1.37.456.2 wwe.
