Elite 2.0 based on the UK 1.37.405.1
I had entended on bring a new core to 2.0 but having a couple of stability issues so thats pushed back to 2.5

Initial Boot - 85MB Storage Free, Program (RAM) Free 59MB (54%)

Updated :
Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 3.5
Custom Tweaks for Performance
Enabled HSUPA
Security Enabled

Hacks :
Removed some "Exclusive" applications from the Task Manager's registry so that they will now appear to be closed when opened. (no harm to the system)

Removed :
Old IRDA Crap (no longer required)
Welcome Center
Alarms (were taking up 5MB)
Windows Update (does not work)
Sample Music (just crap)
Other redundant files.

Edit2: BLACKBERRY Connect isnt working with this Version, i will be releasing a 2.1 Version for that

I am taking suggestions for 2.5 so PM me if you have one.

I will also be making a Vanilla 2.0 ROM (Removing Most of the Crap) so PM me with the apps you want removed and ill run a poll and post the results on Friday.

The file comes from Polaris Dopod CHS edition, and it has Asian countries support.

TouchFLO 3D is the same version across the board at the moment.

I will look into the wince.nls file too.
