Angry kaiser stuck on tri screen is it a brick???

i hope this is where i should post this.
whilst using my phone it froze,so soft reset was done then it went into tri screen
my kaiser wont go out of tri screen.i have this on screen.

spl-1.0.olipof
cpld-8
after trying hard reset and soft reset it wont pass this screen,it loads straight back to bootloader mode.i had duttys 6.1 rom on and nikis radio.
is there a solution to this problem.all was fine until this.ive searched all over for the past week and i cant seem to find a solution,so a little help is called for.id appreciate any help if possable and thank you in advance

Are you sure that your camera-button isn't stuck? Try pushing it hard few times, and then boot again.

Try flashing an official rom onto it while on that screen?

hi tried new rom and camera button isnt stuck,it seems like theres something wrong with spl-1.0.olipof.after installing new rom it boots straight to tri screen.can olipro be tacken off.just thinking of other things to revert to normal.when soft reset done it goes straight to tri screen

Default Try HardSPL

Why not flash it with a different SPL - like any of the HardSPLs such as Jocks:

and then flash with a new rom, suitable to that SPL?
