Default Cant install programs after flashing - Please help
I did Hard SPL and have flashed several ROM's successfully including Elite 2.0 and TLR. However I cannot install other programs such as Skype, WIMP or even Schaps Advanced Configuration. I even went back to Official HTC Europe ROM but still no luck. It keeps saying "Installation was unsuccessful" straight away.

Can anyone assist?

Try to install .NET 3.5 package

Still no luck after installing NETCF. Any other ideas? Thanks in advance
